New Year Cartoons – Episode 1

The first weekend of the new year brought a sparse gathering of 1 which made motivation a bit difficult. So, I leave you with two workouts for this week. Pick your poison.

Warmup on your own

For Time

  1. 50 Double Unders
  2. 50 Air Squats
  3. 50 Dumbbell Push Press – 30lbs/20lbs (men/women)
  4. 50 Medicine Ball Sit Ups
  5. 50 Medicine Ball Deadlifts
  6. 50 Burpees
  7. 50 Double Unders

#2

5 Rounds for Time

  1. 30 lunges
  2. 10 Burpees
  3. 10 Box Jumps
  4. 5 Wall Walks (or 25m bear crawl)
  5. 10 Squat Jumps
