Episode 4 – The Fight Gone Bad

*Think of this weekend’s workout like the Fight Gone Bad workout, just a bit longer and different movements. Each movement is done for 1 minute. After completing each movement, take a 1 minute break. 5 Rounds.

5 Rounds:

  1. Pushups
  2. Sandbar Bear Hug Lunges – 60 lbs
  3. Burpees
  4. Sit-ups
  5. Wallball
  6. Sandbag Step Ups – 60 lbs – 20″ box
  7. Plank – alternate minutes between front plank and side planks
  8. 1 minute break

* You may feel like the picture at the end.
