*Think of this weekend’s workout like the Fight Gone Bad workout, just a bit longer and different movements. Each movement is done for 1 minute. After completing each movement, take a 1 minute break. 5 Rounds.
- Sandbar Bear Hug Lunges – 60 lbs
- Sandbag Step Ups – 60 lbs – 20″ box
- Plank – alternate minutes between front plank and side planks
- 1 minute break
