A big pat on the back to those that came out on Saturday and survived. This is a two part individual workout.
Workout 1: 100 Clusters – use a sandbag or 25lbs dumbells. We used 60 lbs sandbags.
100 Clusters (squat clean to a thruster). Every minute on the minute do 5 burpees. 20 minute time cap.
*Just the tip: Try to pace yourself, however, the longer it takes to do the 5 burpees, the fewer clusters you can do. Which means more burpees in the long run. Remember to squat below parallel on the clean/thruster.
Workout 2: 20 minute AMRAP – use a sandbag
- 25 bag hops – over the bag is 1
- 20 burpees
- 15 sandbag highpulls
- 10 Sandbag Thrusters
