  8. 20 Over Head Squat
  9. 400 M Run – No Ruck
  10. 1 Minute Plank
  11. 20 Leg Raises
  12. 20 Yard Crab Walk
  13. 20 Ruck “Kettle Bell” Swings
  14. 50 Burpees – No Ruck
  15. 20 Thrusters
  16. 20 Sit-ups – Ruck on chest
  17. 20 Push-ups
  18. 400M Run – No Ruck
  19. 50 Lunges
  20. 20 Overhead Squats
