Both are partner workouts

Week 2 – Teams of 2 – 20 minute AMRAP

  1. 21 Thrusters – 25lbs plate for men; 15 lbs for women
  2. 200M run

*Just the tip: This is a true relay. Partner 1 completes the thrusters and the run. Partner 2 tags in after the run. If you are doing this by yourself, work:rest should be 1:1.

**This workout can be really tough if you go all out during the work period.

Week 3 – Teams of 2

  1. 100 Burpees
  2. 100 Toes to Bar/Knees to elbow
  3. 100 Jumping Lunges
  4. 100 Kettlebell Swings
  5. 100 Calorie Row/Sumo squat high pull

*Just the tip: Breakup the reps how ever you would like. Generally though each person will complete 50 reps.
