Another Two-fer – Week 4 and 5

I was traveling last week and was unable to update the workouts, so two workouts again this week.

Both of these are team workouts.

Week 4

For Time: 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 – Two person teams

  1. Hang Power Clean
  2. Front Squat
  3. Push Press
  4. Run 200M between each set of reps.

Just the tip: Use what you want for weight. Some teams used sandbags wit 60 lbs. Other teams used a barbell with 115. Split the reps however you would like. If you are doing this alone, cut the reps in half and rest as needed.

Week 5

10 Rounds – 30 minute time cap – three person teams. each person does prescribed reps

  1. 5 Pullups
  2. 10 Burpees
  3. 15 Thrusters – 35lbs/20lbs -men/women
  4. 400M run between every two rounds

Just the tip: You will highly likely not finish this workout. The fastest team finished 8 rounds with only two on the team. If you are doing this alone, rest 1:1.
