Week 6

20 Minute AMRAP

  1. 7 Kettle Bell Swings – 54lbs
  2. 7 Box Jumps
  3. 40 yard sprint
  4. 7 Burpees
  5. 40 yard sprint

Just the Tip: 3 people per team. Each person works through each movement before moving on to the next.

Week 7

20 Minute AMRAP

  1. 10 1 arm dumbbell snatches – 55lbs
  2. 10 Toes-to-Bar
  3. 10 Burpees

Finisher:

4 tire/sled pulls with an extra 60lbs – pull approximately 40 yards

2 Rounds of 1 minute of battle ropes. :30 sec double arm slam in unison, :30 sec alternating
