30 minute Partner AMRAP

  1. 40 4 count Flutter Kicks
  2. 40 Burpees
  3. 40 Sandbag Cleans – 60lbs
  4. 40 Sandbag Front Squat
  5. 40 Sandbag Push Pres.
  6. 40 Sandbag Back Squat
  7. 40 Sit-ups
  8. 40 Pus-ups

Finisher: 4 x 200 yard run with 80 lbs sandbag.

Just the tip: split the reps however you would like. If you are doing it by yourself either grind through it or split reps in half and rest 1:1.
