Well it had to happen. For some it never stopped. For others, it is time to start back and get geared up for this year’s event.

The first workout I am posting is from the guys over at SOFLETE. Their Instagram account has some solid beat down workouts. If you are looking for a solid program that helps build strength, I cannot give it higher marks. Plain and simple – good stuff.


Partner Workout - 45 Minutes

Partner A - Run 400M

Partner B - 5 Pull-Ups
            10 Sandbag Thrusters - 60lbs
            15 Burpees

If you are doing this by yourself, run 400m per round.

Have fun. If you are lucky you will have 96% humidity like us.
